  • Location Data: Approximate locality information (e.g. South Delhi, Gurugram) to display relevant localized real estate options.
  • Device & Usage Data: IP address, device model, operating system version, and app performance logs collected via Firebase Analytics.
  • Communications Data: Call records or messages exchanged when interacting directly with verified property managers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We utilize collected information solely for:

  • Facilitating secure phone number verification via Firebase Auth.
  • Connecting you with verified contacts when tapping 'Call-Now'.
  • Improving search relevance and discovering luxury properties in Delhi NCR.
  • Preventing fraudulent spam, bot traffic, and unauthorized activity.

3. Data Storage & Infrastructure Security

All user data and property media are hosted on secure enterprise cloud infrastructure:

  • Google Cloud & Firebase: Encrypted databases (Firestore) adhering to ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2 security standards.
  • Cloudflare R2 Object Storage: High-security distributed storage with end-to-end HTTPS TLS 1.3 encryption.
  • Zero Plaintext Storage: API secrets and access tokens are managed via Google Cloud Secret Manager.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not share your data with external third parties except necessary backend infrastructure providers (Google Firebase for authentication and database management). We never sell your contact information to external marketing agencies or cold-calling broker syndicates.

5. User Rights & Complete Account Deletion

You have full control over your personal information. You have the right to request:

  • Access to the personal data associated with your phone number.
  • Immediate correction of personal details.
  • Complete and permanent account deletion and data erasure.
