Permanent Data Erasure Policy

Requesting account deletion will permanently remove your phone number, user profile, saved favorites, uploaded property media, and verification records from Ujaala Real Estate databases. This action cannot be undone.

Method 1: Inside the Mobile App

Instant self-service deletion directly on your Android or iOS device.

  1. Open the Ujaala Real Estate app.
  2. Tap the Profile icon on the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Scroll down to the Settings section.
  4. Tap Personal Information / Delete Account.
  5. Confirm the OTP verification prompt to execute instant deletion.
✓ Wipes all auth sessions and Firestore profile documents immediately.

Method 2: Submit Web Erasure Request

Use this form if you uninstalled the mobile app or prefer web-assisted deletion.
